Alaska Airlines and Disney have released a brand new aircraft wrap featuring your favorite Pixar characters!  The new paint job was inspired by Disneyland's Pixar Pier, features 44 primary colors, custom shades, and over 50 gallons of paint! This will be the sixth Alaska Airlines plane wrapped in collaboration with Disney.

The 737-800, tail number N537AS, begins flying today, jet-setting from Seattle to San Francisco before landing in Orange County. The plane was given the official name, "Friendship and Beyond at Disneyland Resort," a name Buzz Lightyear himself would surely be proud of.

Natalie Bowman, Alaska Airlines' managing director of brand marketing and advertising on the collaboration:

There's nothing better than landing happy on the way to The Happiest Place on Earth... The Disneyland Resort is one of our signature West Coast friendships, and we love that we can celebrate Pixar Pier by taking these iconic characters on a brand-new adventure.

The plane has a ton of awesome and whimsical Pixar touches. From a Luxo ball on the nose to an alien on the tail!

And even a terrified Rex looking out a window, which is definitely peak Rex!
